Job Summary:
The Customer Service Agent at Sky Rider supports the service department by assisting the Service Manager with coordinating job schedules; answering client questions regarding proposals; preparing and maintaining customer binders; maintaining records as needed.
|
|
|
|
|
Tasks/Responsibilities:
|
|
Assists and coordinates job schedules
Prepares inspection folders, binders, checks off sheets and repair proposals
Assists customers over phone calls, emails, and fax formats for scheduling, proposals, etc.
Assists with service billing pertaining to Los Angeles and Orange County
Handles inspection and repair billings with accounting; End of month Billings reports
Keeps records of Services company vehicles
Responsible for timekeeping for the service department
Assists Sky Rider departments when needed
Assists when called upon by Managers on special projects

Abilities:
|
|
Ability to meet service department targets and work pressure
Strong communication skills involving both email and phone
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers as well as co-workers
A sense of urgency and drive for completing given tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Set a positive example by providing assistance

Preferred Experience/Minimum Qualifications:
|
|
One to two years office environment experience
High school diploma
Detail Oriented a plus
Strong knowledge in prioritization a plus
