Our policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What you need to know:
- The product must be in new, unused condition with all included accessories. It must also be in the original packaging.
- RMA # (Returns Authorization Number) is required for all returns.
- Customers are responsible for Return Shipping.
- All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment within 2 business days of receiving the return into our warehouse & QC check.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different size or new item. Please return the item and create a new purchase.
